Congratulations to the Year 7 hockey team who played in the inter-schools’ tournament yesterday. Although we didn’t win, there were so many positives to take from the afternoon. All girls represented their school with pride, they didn’t give up and they showed excellent sportsmanship throughout. We didn’t even have enough girls to field one team at the start of the season, but by the end, we had a group of girls that committed to training every week, striving to get better and looking forward to representing Ballakermeen. Special mention to Ivy who was named as player of the tournament for Ballakermeen. Congratulations to you all!
