We’re delighted to announce FAME JR. is coming to Ballakermeen!

The pop-culture phenomenon about the legendary New York High School of the Performing Arts will take place in the Studio Theatre in November 2024! Featuring a high-energy, contemporary pop score (which includes the hit title song) and a touching coming-of-age story, Fame JR. is the bittersweet, but ultimately inspiring, story of a diverse group of students in the early 1980s who commit to four years of gruelling artistic and academic work. With candor, humour and insight, the show explores the issues that confront many young people today.

The show will take place on 12th - 15th November 2024.


  • Tue 5th March (everyone) - 3.30-5.00 in the Studio Theatre
  • Thu 7th March (principals) - 3.30-5.00 in the Studio Theatre
