Congratulations to Samantha and Anna who placed 2nd in the Rotary Club of Douglas' annual senior public speaking competition last night!
Prizes were presented by Charles Fargher, President of the club in its Centenary Year. Education Minister Daphne Caine and Mayor of Douglas Natalie Byron were in attendance.
