Data Collection SheetThis is information that will help us to keep your child safe. Please follow this link to complete. Please ensure that you provide your current email address and it is spelled correctly. All communication from school is issued via email and we rely on this to keep parents up to date. Please also ensure that all medical conditions are listed on the Data Collection Form. If you would like to make an appointment to discuss a specific medical condition and/or requirements, please telephone 648700. ParentPay/Cashless systemsWe accept electronic payments for school meals and ties/blazer badges. Please see the attached leaflet or visit www.parentpay.com for more details. Log on details will be sent out after all the Data Collection information has been collated. All payments should be made via ParentPay. Cash and cheques are not accepted at the school foyer or canteen. As soon as you receive your log on, please sign into ParentPay. We use ParentPay for a range of things including dinner money payments, to give consent for both in school and off site activities, non uniform, trips etc. Smartcards and lanyards will be issued to new starters on the 3rd September, the first card and lanyard are free of charge (please do not pay for a smartcard or lanyard on ParentPay). Replacement smartcards can be purchased at a cost of £5.00 via ParentPay. Replacement lanyards are £1 each. |

Free School MealsIf your child receives free school meals, you must re-apply, as the supplement will not be automatically renewed in September. Applications for the next academic year close on the last day of the current school year. This must be done online: here. Once confirmation of free school meals have been approved, parents will be issued with a letter by The Department of Education, Sport and Culture by letter in August which includes a code to apply to Bus Vannin for free school travel. |

School Uniform Order FormThe School Uniform Order Information tells you where you can buy blazers, jumpers and PE kits. We sell ties and badges for blazers. All ties and blazer badge orders must be made via ParentPay, logons will be issued via email soon after you complete the online Data Collection Form. The BHSA Uniform Swap Shop runs at regular times during the year and is available for you to come along and pick up some ‘good as new’ donated and washed uniform for free. Members of the BHSA will staff the shop while it is open and be on hand to assist you find the items you need. School PhotographsStudents will have their photograph taken on Wednesday 3rd September 2025, which will be printed on their smartcards. These photographs will be available to purchase from Andrew Barton Photography. |

LockersYour child can rent a locker, subject to availability. The cost is £5 for the duration of their time at school and the key must be returned when the locker is no longer required or before the student leaves school in Year 11. Replacement keys cost £5 each. Lockers can be paid for on ParentPay once your child has been assigned one. |
