We have received a number of queries regarding uniform expectations for the next academic year, particularly in relation to footwear. As stated in previous correspondence, we encourage a plain, black, formal shoe. To support clarity and in response to parental feedback, we have issued a guide (see above) to help to illustrate what is and is not acceptable. This has been issued previously.
You will note from the images that footwear must be plain black. We have, however, included a couple of less formal examples that may be preferable. Please note that coloured or non-black logos are not acceptable, neither is a non-black plimsoll line. We have also had specific queries regarding Dr Marten shoes. These are acceptable provided the stitching is plain black. Yellow stitching should be polished out.
