The Ballakermeen High School Association (BHSA, Charity Number 336) is our PTA, a charity run by like-minded parents to support the school in its endeavours to provide a high quality learning environment for our students. Besides fund raising initiatives, social gatherings and meeting new friends, the Association serves as a forum in which to discuss aspects of school life and share ideas from the unique perspective of parents.
We invite you to join us at the next meeting of the BHSA, which happens to be our AGM, in which we will be looking for new officers to fulfil the roles of Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and Financial Promoter – could this be you? If so, feel free to contact us beforehand at BHSenquiries@sch.im to find out more. The AGM will be followed by a short committee meeting to discuss and make plans for the year ahead. If officiating is not for you, then feel free to participate in as much discussion as you like, or just sit back, relax and hear what others have to say.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday 8th November, 6.30pm in the school library (signposted from the reception area).
