Ski Trip Meeting

Dear Parent/Carer,

Just a quick update regarding our Skiing trips next year. We need to collect some information for the ski company in readiness for our trip. We are using Topflight’s Parent Portal to collect and collate information. You will receive an email from Topflight Parent Portal - please sign to say you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. This should then generate a login which you can use provide the information needed for the trip, which includes:

• Passport details
• Shoe size (for ski boots) - just indicate your child’s normal shoe size no need to make allowances for thick socks
• Head circumference - so the correct size safety helmet can be allocated
• Height - so the correct length of ski can be allocated
• Weight in Kg - very important for safety as this determines the ski bindings

I am looking to arrange a brief meeting for parents on Monday 10th October.
